Terms of service

These terms apply to your CinderTek account and to accounts.cindertek.com and apps.cindertek.com. Individual CinderTek apps may have their own additional terms.
Your account
- Give a real email address that you control, and keep access to it secure.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account and in businesses you own, including the people you invite.
- Tell us at contact@cindertek.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break into accounts, overload or disrupt the service, send spam through invitations, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and secure, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, CinderTek is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Paid apps
Some CinderTek apps may be paid, by subscription or one-time purchase. Prices and terms for those are shown before you buy.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at contact@cindertek.com.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will tell account owners by email before they take effect.
